At Paged, every order is carefully prepared and shipped through our trusted supply partners. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Delivery times (Australia)
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as some factors (customs, carrier delays, peak periods) are outside our control.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all Australian orders.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to begin updating.

Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please email hello@paged.shop and we'll investigate and make it right — whether that means a reship or a refund.
