Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Paged order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem — it's faulty, significantly different from its description, or doesn't do what we said it would — you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor problems, we will repair the item, or replace or refund it, within a reasonable time.
Change of mind
Changed your mind? You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost, and the item must arrive back to us in resalable condition.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@paged.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return postage where required.
How to start a return
Email hello@paged.shop with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and will guide you through the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
